At this exchange meeting, Yanming, as a system engineering technology and equipment supplier in the lithium salt and battery material industry, grandly launched five major system solutions:

Disc Continuous Dryer: It is an efficient conductive continuous drying equipment. It has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, easy adjustment and control, strong applicability, simple operation, and small footprint. It is widely used in drying operations in the chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural and sideline product processing industries. Currently, our company produces four types: atmospheric pressure, closed, vacuum, and positive pressure. There are more than 300 models of series products, and we can provide various supporting equipment to meet the needs of users for drying various materials.

Lithium Salt and Ternary Precursor Disc Continuous Drying System: The drying of battery materials such as lithium salts and ternary precursors has very strict requirements for magnetic substances added during the drying process (generally, the increase in magnetic foreign matter after the dryer is required to be no higher than 10ppb), the particle size of the product is less destructive, the dust content in the exhaust gas is low, and the energy consumption is low. In response to the requirements of the battery material drying industry, our company has improved the disc continuous dryer equipment and drying process, and developed a low magnetic foreign matter disc continuous drying system.

Lithium Hydroxide Continuous Carbonization Lithium Precipitation System: The traditional lithium hydroxide lithium precipitation process adopts intermittent operation of stirred tanks, which occupies a large area, has high costs, and has a high equipment failure rate; in response, Hebei Yanming has developed a process and equipment for continuous carbonization and lithium precipitation of lithium hydroxide. The system is continuously operated with a high degree of automation; the product quality is stable and the direct recovery rate is high; the carbon dioxide utilization rate is high, and the carbonization tower can be cleaned online, reducing operating costs and labor costs, making the company's products more competitive in the market.

    Lithium Carbonate Carbonization Pyrolysis Purification System for Battery Recycling Industry: Lithium carbonate carbonization and pyrolysis purification uses the principle that lithium bicarbonate has a large solubility in water and lithium bicarbonate is easily decomposed at high temperatures to purify lithium carbonate. Hebei Yanming was the first to use gas stirring instead of traditional mechanical stirring in the lithium carbonate carbonization system. Advantages:

Lithium Chloride Sodium Chloride Separation and Lithium Chloride Evaporation Crystallization Drying to Produce Anhydrous Lithium Chloride System: In industry, lithium chloride is mainly extracted from lepidolite, spodumene, and salt lake brine, and generally contains impurities such as sodium chloride and potassium chloride. After analyzing the materials and combining the application effects in actual projects, Hebei Yanming has made special designs and modifications to key equipment in the process of producing anhydrous lithium chloride from lithium chloride solution. The sodium (potassium) precipitation rate is high during sodium (potassium) precipitation, and the loss of lithium is small; while meeting normal production, the system operating cost is reduced.
