A batch of core equipment for battery-grade lithium carbonate production completed final inspections, was officially loaded onto transport vehicles, and set off—bound directly for the customer’s production base in Guangdong. Comprehensive Core Equipment, Tailored to Lithium Carbonate Production Needs

It is understood that the equipment shipped this time covers key stages of battery-grade lithium carbonate production, including carbonization towers, pyrolysis towers, and low-magnetic foreign matter disc dryers. This full set of equipment will provide robust support for the customer to establish a stable and high-efficiency production capacity system.

Among these, the carbonization towers—designed with extra-large capacity—meet the large-scale requirements of carbonization reactions in lithium carbonate production, ensuring efficient raw material conversion. The pyrolysis towers, with a diameter of 3,600mm, enable precise control over pyrolysis temperature and rate, laying a solid foundation for subsequent purification processes.

Of particular significance is the accompanying low-magnetic foreign matter disc dryer. As a core drying device specifically developed for battery-grade lithium carbonate, it boasts a processing capacity of up to 2 tons per hour. Based on annual operating hours, a single unit can support an annual production capacity of 17,000 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate. Through the precise temperature control of multi-layer drying trays and a design that ensures uniform material distribution, this dryer effectively prevents issues such as caking and purity loss of lithium carbonate during drying. It perfectly meets the stringent demands of battery-grade lithium carbonate for drying processes, guaranteeing that the finished product meets standards for purity and stability. Additionally, through optimized design and specialized manufacturing processes, the equipment minimizes the introduction of magnetic foreign matter into materials—providing a critical safety assurance for end-use new energy vehicles.

Take polishing, for example: the company adheres to strict, above-standard testing protocols. While the customer specifies a polishing finish of Ra 0.2, Yanming Equipment uses precision grinding tools and multi-stage polishing processes during production to ensure each piece of equipment consistently achieves a finish better than Ra 0.2. During factory inspections, the quality control team conducts point-by-point verification using professional laser testing instruments—with the inner wall polishing finish of all equipment shipped this time measuring Ra 0.13, far exceeding the customer’s standard. “Data speaks for itself.
