Recently, the carbon microsphere wet material silos and tar mixing tanks tailor-made by Yanming Equipment (Hebei Yanming Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd.) for Tangshan Kaitansu Chemical Co., Ltd. have been successfully manufactured and shipped. The delivered equipment integrates multiple innovative technologies and has been precisely optimized for the core mixing processes in chemical production, demonstrating Yanming Equipment's strong strength in the R&D and manufacturing of customized high-end chemical equipment.

As one of the core equipment for this supply, the carbon microsphere mixing silo innovatively adopts a rotating arm compound motion structure, equipped with two asymmetric cantilever screws inside. Through the differentiated layout of long and short screws, it achieves a dual motion mode of "rotation + revolution". During operation, the two screws not only rotate at high speed around their own axes but also revolve around the axis of the conical container driven by the rotating arm, achieving full coverage close to the wall of the cone. This unique motion mode repeatedly lifts and shears the carbon microsphere wet material in the silo, forming intense combined convection and diffusion motion, which effectively breaks the material agglomeration and ensures the mixing uniformity reaches the industry-leading level.

The other core equipment, the tar mixing tank, focuses on solving the problem of handling high-viscosity materials. Equipped with a special eccentric stirring device, it greatly improves the material disturbance intensity through the asymmetric stirring trajectory design. Even when facing tar medium with a viscosity limit of 5000 cp, it can still achieve full-range uniform mixing within one hour, with a 100% qualification rate of sampling consistency. The equipment adopts an external half-pipe steam heating structure, combined with single-end mechanical seal technology, which not only ensures heating efficiency and operational tightness but also is equipped with an explosion-proof motor (Exd II BT4 explosion-proof grade) and IP55 protection level design, building a solid safety barrier for flammable and explosive chemical scenarios.

Since the project launch, Yanming Equipment has strictly followed national and industry standards such as GB/T150 "Pressure Vessels" and NB/T47003 "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels", implementing refined control throughout the process from material selection, structural design to welding inspection and hydrostatic test. Key components of the equipment are made of high-quality base materials such as Baosteel and Tisco, welding joints meet the requirements of HG/T20583-2011 specification, and the chloride ion content in the hydrostatic test is strictly controlled within 25mg/L, ensuring each product meets the "zero-defect" delivery standard.
