This sophisticated complete set of equipment, embodying technological craftsmanship, will provide stable and reliable hardware support for the enterprise’s concentration experiments under conditions of multiple raw materials and wide-ranging process parameters, accelerating the transformation of scientific research achievements into industrial application.

As a core piece of equipment tailored for pilot-scale scenarios, this complete set is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with national standards, boasting an overall design service life of 15 years. Adopting an integrated skid-mounted design, it integrates 16 categories of core components including a thin-film scraper evaporator, horizontal shell-and-tube condenser, raw material tank, and collection tank, enabling rapid experiment initiation without complex on-site installation. In terms of material and performance design, all parts in contact with materials are made of S31603 stainless steel, capable of adapting to various raw material liquids with a solid content of 3-60%, viscosity of 10-10000cp, and pH value of 1.5-13. The solid content after concentration can reach over 90%, perfectly meeting the diverse experimental needs during the pilot-scale phase. Meanwhile, equipped with high-precision instruments, it realizes precise regulation of experimental parameters and real-time data monitoring, providing strong guarantee for the scientificity of experimental results.
