    Special drying process:

    Sodium sulfate drying has the following characteristics and requirements: when the water content is large, the material is sticky and easy to scar; the material is loose, but the fluidity is not good; it requires low energy consumption, uniform heating of the material, good operating environment, and one-time compliance Index requirements.

    The traditional disc-type continuous dryer is easy to scar in the process of drying sodium sulfate, causing the rake leaf to be easily tilted, the material scarred on the drying disc is not easy to scratch, the rake leaf of the rake rod is easy to be damaged, and the thread of the rake rod thread connector is easy to be damaged. Moreover, the circulation of dry materials in this system is large, and the traditional disc continuous dryer is easy to cause wet materials to fall directly from the top to the bottom during the drying process, resulting in the moisture content of the dried product not up to the standard. According to the above characteristics, our company has reformed the disc continuous dryer, and adopted our patented technology to design a disc continuous dryer specially suitable for sodium sulfate drying.

    The wet sodium sulfate material transported from the previous process is continuously and quantitatively added into the energy-saving and environment-friendly disc continuous dryer by the quantitative feeder for drying operation. The material completes the heat and mass transfer process in the flow process to achieve the purpose of drying. After the dry material is cooled in the dryer to reach the packaging temperature (generally about 50 ℃), it is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom into the packaging equipment for packaging, and the tail gas escaping from the material is discharged from the induced draft fan after dust removal by the dust collector.

    Continuous operation, high thermal efficiency. Since the disc continuous dryer is dried by conduction heat transfer, air (or a very small amount of air) is not passed into the dryer during the drying process, and its tail gas carrying capacity is very small, so its thermal efficiency can reach more than 85%;
