Material characteristics:
The appearance of high-purity lithium carbonate is white powder, molecular weight is 73.89, melting point is 720 ℃, density is 2.11g/cm3, slightly soluble in water, soluble in acid. High-purity lithium carbonate is mainly used in the preparation of high-end lithium-ion battery cathode materials and battery-grade lithium fluoride; in terms of optoelectronic information, high-purity lithium carbonate is used in the preparation of lithium tantalate and lithium niobate; at the same time, high-purity lithium carbonate is also used in optical special glass, magnetic materials industry and supercapacitors, pharmaceutical industry.
Introduction of continuous carbonization and continuous decomposition process:
The carbonization and decomposition of this system are continuous operation. Firstly, industrial-grade lithium carbonate, pure water and returned mother liquor are mixed into slurry according to a certain proportion (the mixing proportion can be adjusted according to the impurity content in industrial-grade lithium carbonate), and transported to a continuous carbonization tower through a pump. Carbon dioxide gas is introduced into the carbonization tower and carbonized under a certain pressure and temperature to obtain lithium bicarbonate solution. After the carbonization finished liquid is filtered by a filter press and precision filtered, it enters the resin impurity removal system for impurity removal, the impurity-removed liquid is then pumped into the continuous decomposition tower for decomposition. The decomposition tower provides heat from an external heat exchanger. The decomposed liquid is then centrifuged by a centrifuge. Centrifugal separation of wet materials after drying, screening, iron removal, crushing, packaging to obtain high purity lithium carbonate products. Part of the decomposed mother liquor is returned to the slurry mixing tank for slurry mixing, and part of it is extracted for other treatment. The carbon dioxide decomposed by the decomposition system enters the carbon dioxide recovery device for recovery, and the recovered carbon dioxide is returned to the carbonization system for reuse.
