    Introduction of continuous carbonization process:

    Lithium hydroxide carbonization reaction to produce battery-grade lithium carbonate, without the introduction of impurity ions, the production of battery-grade lithium carbonate products of good quality, high quality. At present, the main problems in the process of lithium hydroxide carbonization to produce battery-grade lithium carbonate are as follows: 1. Lithium carbonate crystals are generated by the reaction, and the carbonization tower distributor is easy to block; 2. The utilization rate of carbon dioxide in the reaction process is low and the production cost is high. Intermittent operation, low degree of automation, high labor intensity, high labor cost, and the quality of lithium carbonate in each batch varies greatly. In view of the above problems, our company has developed a continuous operation of lithium hydroxide carbonization system.
