    In the process of extracting lithium from sulfuric acid ore, the ore generally undergoes grinding, transformation roasting, acidification, leaching, purification, filtration and other processes to obtain a relatively pure lithium sulfate dilute solution. Dilute lithium sulfate solution is mainly used for the subsequent production of lithium chloride, lithium hydroxide or lithium carbonate and other products. In order to reduce the consumption of the subsequent production process of lithium chloride, lithium hydroxide or lithium carbonate, dilute lithium sulfate needs to be evaporated and concentrated to about 20%.

    Lithium sulfate evaporation concentration system process introduction:

    Lithium sulfate solution is the intermediate product of lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide monohydrate, lithium chloride and so on. In actual industrial production, the concentration of lithium sulfate solution leached at the front end is relatively low. In order to reduce the energy consumption for subsequent production of lithium salt and improve the direct yield of lithium, lithium sulfate solution is generally required to be evaporated and concentrated. The evaporation end point is generally required to be lower than the saturation concentration. A large amount of calcium and magnesium are removed in the front end purification process, but carbonate ions are introduced when calcium and magnesium are removed, and crystals may be precipitated in the evaporation concentration process. Comprehensive operating costs, one-time investment considerations and heat exchanger cleaning cycle, evaporation concentration process selection generally choose evaporation intensity, high heat transfer coefficient, low power consumption of the falling film evaporator or natural circulation evaporator for evaporation concentration operation. The evaporation system can select MVR evaporator or three-effect evaporator (or four-effect evaporator) evaporation concentration according to the electricity price and steam price.
