Lithium hydroxide freezing sodium precipitation generally adopts two-stage continuous crystallization. The first-stage freezing crystallization adopts a two-stage piston pusher centrifuge (or horizontal spiral discharge filtration centrifuge) to separate most of the mirabilite decahydrate. The mother liquor separated by the first-stage centrifuge enters the second-stage freezing crystallization and then continues to cryoprecipitate a small amount of mirabilite decahydrate. At this time, the crystal content in the frozen feed liquid is relatively low. The mother liquor separated by the second-stage centrifuge enters the next process, and the separated slurry returns to the first-stage centrifuge for centrifugal separation.
