Lithium sulfate purification liquid production battery grade lithium carbonate system process introduction:
The lithium sulfate purification solution purified by chelating resin and calcium removal process reacts with the prepared sodium carbonate solution in a lithium precipitation kettle at a certain temperature to obtain lithium carbonate slurry containing high sodium sulfate. The lithium carbonate slurry is centrifuged once to obtain crude lithium carbonate. The crude lithium carbonate enters the primary agitation tank and is stirred with the secondary agitation solution in a certain proportion. The slurry is centrifuged twice to obtain lithium carbonate, the obtained lithium carbonate enters the secondary stirring and washing tank, and is stirred and washed with pure water according to a certain proportion. The secondary stirring and washing slurry is centrifuged for three times to obtain lithium carbonate, and the lithium carbonate is dried, screened, removed from iron, crushed, mixed and packaged to obtain battery-grade lithium carbonate products.
The primary stirring solution from the secondary centrifugation can be returned to the sodium carbonate dissolving process to dissolve sodium carbonate.
