Product Description
Vacuum ribbon dryerIt is a new and efficient conductive vacuum drying equipment. The equipment is mainly composed of head, vertebral body, mixing ribbon, jacket and mechanical transmission parts.
The vacuum spiral belt dryer is a jacketed intermittent drying equipment. The materials are added from the top of the dryer and are in full contact with the heating surface under the agitation of the stirring spiral belt. Steam, hot water, heat transfer oil or molten salt can be introduced into the jacket main shaft and stirring wings. The moisture generated in the drying process is discharged from the vacuum port at the top through the vacuum pump. After the drying process is completed, the dried materials are discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the dryer.
