Recently, the continuous carbonization system equipment produced by our company for a company in Guangxi arrived at the customer's site, waiting for installation. The device is applied to the production of battery-grade lithium carbonate by carbonization of lithium hydroxide. The main process of the company's production of lithium carbonate is that the lithium sulfate purification solution is evaporated and concentrated, then causticized by liquid alkali, and the causticized solution is precipitated by low-temperature freezing and crystallization to obtain lithium hydroxide solution with high concentration and purity. The solution is evaporated and crystallized to obtain crude lithium hydroxide monohydrate, and the crude lithium hydroxide monohydrate is recrystallized to obtain battery-grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate, which is dissolved and reacted with carbon dioxide battery-grade lithium carbonate to obtain.
