Recently, a leading listed new material enterprise in China has partnered with our company to ink a procurement contract for 6 sets of vacuum single-cone dryers. Custom-built exclusively for high-performance specialty new material manufacturing, this batch of equipment will help the partner revamp production processes, slash drying cycles and elevate product quality. Custom-tailored Parameters for Unmatched Drying Efficiency

Crafted with S30408 stainless steel as the core material, each vacuum single-cone dryer features a minimum working volume of 7,000 liters. It delivers a stable output of 1,500 kg of qualified products per batch within 12 hours max, perfectly matching the 7,200-hour annual continuous operation demand.

Tailored to the material’s traits—mixed coarse-fine particles with irregular sub-spherical shapes—the equipment adopts an innovative heating ribbon-screw hybrid stirring structure plus a bottom pushing auger design. This setup ensures uniform material agitation, eliminating material retention dead zones thoroughly. Equipped with 360° CIP cleaning heads, the dryers enable full-coverage online cleaning, meeting the strict cleanliness standards for high-end new material production.

The dryer heads and cone sections adopt a proprietary heating design that eradicates heating blind spots at the source. It boosts heat exchange efficiency significantly and guarantees consistent drying quality for every batch of materials.

Top-tier Components for Rock-solid Long-term Stability

All core components of the dryers are sourced from industry-leading brands, laying a solid foundation for reliable long-term operation. Key parts including 45kW explosion-proof variable frequency motors, high-performance gear reducers and double-face mechanical seal systems are supplied by renowned domestic manufacturers. They fully satisfy the rigorous requirements for explosion protection, temperature resistance and high efficiency in industrial production.

In terms of craftsmanship, the inner surfaces and material-contacting parts achieve a polishing precision of Ra ≤ 0.2μm, while external surfaces reach Ra 0.8μm. All weld joints are smoothly finished to prevent material buildup. The supporting bag-type dust collectors run on a one-active one-standby configuration, with filter bags boasting 1μm filtration accuracy. This setup efficiently captures production dust, balancing workplace cleanliness and material purity.

What’s more, the equipment is designed for a service life of no less than 15 years. Key components such as sampling valves come with a two-year warranty and replacement service, slashing long-term operation and maintenance costs for clients.

Rigorous Full-cycle Inspection for Guaranteed Performance

To ensure the dryers fully meet production needs, both parties have established stringent full-cycle acceptance criteria covering design, manufacturing, delivery and commissioning.

Upon delivery, comprehensive inspections will be conducted on parameters, models, materials and key component dimensions. Material re-verification and machining precision tests will also be carried out. During the performance acceptance stage, the equipment must comply with national standards including HG/T20569-2013 Mechanical Agitating Equipment and GB150.1~150.4-2024 Pressure Vessels. Core indicators such as temperature, vibration, noise and leakage must all hit the preset standards.
