Continuous carbonization and continuous decomposition of lithium carbonate to produce battery grade (high purity grade) lithium carbonate system debugging success

Recently, by me.Division design and manufacture of lithium carbonate continuous carbonization, continuous decomposition of the production of battery-grade lithium carbonate four-stage continuous carbonization tower, continuous decomposition tower commissioning success. The system adopts continuous carbonization device and continuous decomposition device. The system adopts automatic operation, low labor cost, high utilization rate of carbon dioxide, low scarring probability of continuous decomposition device, long cleaning cycle and stable product quality. The solid-liquid ratio can be set according to the different raw materials, the highest liquid-solid ratio can reach 1:20, and the lithium ion content is about 10g/l. The decomposition temperature in 90~100 DEG C, the decomposition of mother liquor lithium ion concentration of about 2g/l.

As the country vigorously develops new energy vehicles, lithium-ion batteries are more widely used, and the purity requirements for lithium salt products are more stringent. The purity of lithium carbonate products produced by brine and lithium carbonate products recovered from waste batteries is low, so it is necessary to carbonize and decompose lithium carbonate products to improve the purity of lithium carbonate products.
