Annual output of 5000 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate system carbonization, hydrogenation and decomposition system contract signed successfully

Recently, our company and a company in Jiangxi successfully signed an annual output of 5000 tons of battery grade lithium carbonate project of lithium hydroxide carbonization, crude lithium carbonate hydrogenation (I. e. deep carbonization), decomposition system 1 set. The project uses lepidolite as raw material, through the preparation of the previous process to obtain a lithium hydroxide solution containing potassium, sodium, etc., which is first reacted with carbon dioxide at atmospheric pressure to obtain crude lithium carbonate. Crude lithium carbonate is centrifuged and then mixed with pure water (decomposition mother liquor) in a certain proportion, and then deep carbonization reaction is carried out to obtain lithium bicarbonate solution. The lithium bicarbonate solution is then subjected to pressure filtration, resin impurity removal and other processes to obtain a purified liquid. The purified liquid then enters the decomposition tower to decompose and generate lithium carbonate and carbon dioxide. After dehumidification and other processes, carbon dioxide enters the compressor and returns to the front-end carbonization process. The lithium carbonate slurry is then centrifuged, dried, crushed and packaged to obtain battery-grade lithium carbonate products.
The process realizes continuous carbonization, continuous hydrogenation and continuous decomposition, and greatly reduces labor costs. The process can be applied to the production of battery-grade lithium carbonate by carbonization and purification of crude lithium carbonate, the production of high-purity lithium carbonate by carbonization and purification of industrial-grade lithium carbonate, and the carbonization and purification of lithium recovery from waste batteries.
