Recently, my company for a company in Qinghai design, production of lithium chloride evaporation crystallization, separation, drying system debugging success. The raw material of evaporation crystallization of lithium chloride is salt lake brine. The system first precipitates anhydrous lithium chloride crystals from a lithium chloride solution through high-temperature evaporation crystallization, and the slurry containing lithium chloride crystals is centrifuged and separated by a continuous centrifuge to obtain wet anhydrous lithium chloride, and the lithium chloride containing free water is dried by a disc continuous dryer to obtain an anhydrous lithium chloride product. The system adopts continuous evaporation crystallization, continuous separation and continuous drying equipment.
