Working principle:The clean heat medium heated by the heat source enters the drying chamber along the tangent line, and forms a strong vortex rotating airflow together with the mechanical stirring mechanism. The wet material is quantitatively added into the drying chamber by the feeder, and is crushed and dried under the action of stirring and vortex air flow. The top of the drying chamber is equipped with a particle size classifier. The fine powder that meets the drying requirements is discharged from the top of the tower and collected by the separator at the rear end. The larger particles that do not meet the drying requirements are blocked by the classification ring and returned to the drying chamber to continue crushing and drying until dried into qualified products. Clean exhaust gas is emptied under the action of induced draft fan.

① The bottom of the drying chamber is inverted cone, so that the circulation area of the hot air flow is gradually expanded from bottom to top, and the air velocity at the bottom is high, which is conducive to the formation of uniform fluidization of particles of upper and lower sizes, and the inverted cone structure can ensure the smooth operation of the agitator.

② The tooth side of the agitator is equipped with a scraping plate, which can effectively ensure that the material thrown on the wall is scraped and refluxed in the area to prevent the material from overheating.

③ Due to the dual effects of strong stirring and high-speed rotating airflow of the agitator, the relative velocity difference between the gas-solid two phases is large, which strengthens the heat and mass transfer between the two phases, and the volumetric heat transfer coefficient is greatly improved.

④ Can handle non-sticky and sticky filter cake, can also handle viscous paste materials, and can complete the drying and crushing operation at one time, and become a qualified product with uniform particle size. When dealing with such materials, it is not necessary to beat them in advance like spray drying, thus saving energy consumption.
