Product overview and features:The forced circulation evaporator relies on the external force-the circulating pump to circulate the liquid to increase the flow speed of the solution. Its heating chamber has two kinds of horizontal and vertical structures, and the liquid circulation speed is adjusted by the pump. According to the different positions of the inlet and outlet of the circulating feed liquid in the separation chamber, it can be divided into positive circulation forced evaporator and reverse circulation forced evaporator. The circulation flow rate of the liquid in the heating tube is usually within the range of 1.2~3.0 m/s (when there are many grains in the suspension, the hardness of the pipe used is low, and the liquid viscosity is large, the low value is selected). The heating tube can be vertical single pass, vertical double pass, horizontal single pass, and horizontal double pass. The total height of the latter two equipment is small, but the pipe is not easy to clean and the pipe wall is easy to wear. This kind of evaporator has the advantages of large heat transfer coefficient, anti-salting, anti-scaling, strong adaptability, and easy cleaning; disadvantages: long solution residence time, slightly higher cost and maintenance cost, and high power consumption.
Working principle:The circulation of the solution in the equipment mainly depends on the forced flow generated by the applied power. Circulation speed is generally up to 1.2-3.0 m/s. Heat transfer efficiency and production capacity are large. The raw material liquid is pumped from bottom to top by a circulating pump and flows upward along the pipe of the heating chamber. After the mixture of steam and liquid foam enters the evaporation chamber, it is separated, the steam is discharged from the upper part, the fluid is blocked and falls, it is sucked by the circulating pump through the bottom of the cone, and then enters the heating tube to continue the circulation.

QUALITY/QUANTITY DISCREPANCY AND CLAlM
★ ln case the quality and/ or quantity are found by the user to be not in conformity with the contract after arrival of the goods at the port of destination, the user may lodge claim with the seller supported by a survey report issued by an inspection organization agreed upon by both parties, with the exception, however, of those claims for which the insurance company and/or the shipping company are to be held responsible.
★ The claims should be filed by the user within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination.
WARRANTIES
★ All the equipment supplied by the seller shall be of good quality, brand new and free of defect, in accordance with design and specification.
★ The warranty period is 1 year after sign the act of acceptance between the seller and user.
★ Duration Of Warranty:
Seller's obligation shall commence on the effective date and continue through the period ending 1 year after sign the act of acceptance. Within the indicated time seller shall make good or replace by his force and on his account defective/worm block, parts or any parts thereof, spare parts which do not allow to normally utilize the equipment and produce amounts intended. Replaced defective parts.
★ Installation Services:
After customer get all machines we will arrange engineers to oversea to install the machine (the specific installation time depends on the local conditions).
★ When there is a problem with the machine or the customer cannot operate the machine, we will immediately give the customer's solution and video to help the customer run the machine.
