Product overview and features:This kind of evaporator needs careful design and operation, that is, the secondary steam in the heating tube should have a higher speed and a higher heat transfer coefficient, so that the feed liquid can reach the predetermined concentration requirement once through the heating tube. Generally, under normal pressure, the speed at the upper end of the tube outlet should be maintained at 20~50 m/s, and the speed can reach 100~160 m/s during decompression operation. The rising film evaporator is suitable for the solution with large evaporation capacity, heat sensitivity, low viscosity and easy foaming, but it is not suitable for the solution with high viscosity, crystal precipitation and easy scaling. Relative to the falling film evaporator installed power is relatively small.
Working principle:The heater consists of a heat exchange tube and a shell, and the rising film evaporatorThe heating chamber consists of a vertical bundle of long tubes. Generally, the heating pipe diameter is 25~50mm, and the ratio of pipe length to pipe diameter is 100~150. After the raw material liquid reaches the boiling point or close to the boiling point after preheating, it is introduced from the bottom of the heating chamber. It is driven by the secondary steam rising at high speed and evaporates along the inner wall edge of the heat exchange tube. The required concentration can be reached at the top of the heating chamber. The finished liquid is discharged from the bottom of the separation chamber. The generated secondary steam becomes the heat source of the next effect after removing bubbles, water droplets and sundries.

QUALITY/QUANTITY DISCREPANCY AND CLAlM
★ ln case the quality and/ or quantity are found by the user to be not in conformity with the contract after arrival of the goods at the port of destination, the user may lodge claim with the seller supported by a survey report issued by an inspection organization agreed upon by both parties, with the exception, however, of those claims for which the insurance company and/or the shipping company are to be held responsible.
★ The claims should be filed by the user within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination.
WARRANTIES
★ All the equipment supplied by the seller shall be of good quality, brand new and free of defect, in accordance with design and specification.
★ The warranty period is 1 year after sign the act of acceptance between the seller and user.
★ Duration Of Warranty:
Seller's obligation shall commence on the effective date and continue through the period ending 1 year after sign the act of acceptance. Within the indicated time seller shall make good or replace by his force and on his account defective/worm block, parts or any parts thereof, spare parts which do not allow to normally utilize the equipment and produce amounts intended. Replaced defective parts.
★ Installation Services:
After customer get all machines we will arrange engineers to oversea to install the machine (the specific installation time depends on the local conditions).
★ When there is a problem with the machine or the customer cannot operate the machine, we will immediately give the customer's solution and video to help the customer run the machine.
