Type the text here1. Physical properties and functions of lithium hydroxide monohydrate:
White crystalline powder. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol. Can absorb carbon dioxide from the air and deterioration. It is strongly alkaline. It will not burn, but it is highly corrosive. Usually in the form of a water. When the temperature is higher than 100 ℃, the crystal water is lost, and lithium hydroxide generates lithium oxide and water vapor at about 1000 ℃. Lithium hydroxide monohydrate is one of the most important lithium compounds. It is mainly used to produce lithium-based greases, and can also be used to produce other lithium compounds. It is an additive for alkaline battery electrolytes. The main raw materials for the production of lithium hydroxide monohydrate are lepidolite, spodumene and so on.

2, lithium hydroxide monohydrate evaporation crystallization system process introduction:
The boiling point of lithium hydroxide solution is relatively low, the solution is strongly alkaline, and foam is generated in the evaporation process; lithium hydroxide monohydrate crystals require large particle size. The evaporation system can be based on the electricity price and steam price, and the evaporation crystallization of lithium hydroxide monohydrate can adopt MVR evaporation crystallization or multi-effect evaporation crystallization.
MVR evaporation crystallization lithium hydroxide monohydrate process: raw material liquid is transported by raw material pump, preheated by condensed water preheater and steam preheater, and then enters MVR forced circulation evaporation crystallizer. Under the action of forced circulation pump, materials in the crystallizer are heated by heater and returned to the crystallizer for flash evaporation. The finished crystallization liquid is discharged by the crystallization discharge pump under the action of elutriation legs. The discharged slurry is centrifuged and separated by a centrifuge. The separated wet materials enter the next process. Part of the separated mother liquor returns to the evaporative crystallization system, and part of the discharged slurry returns to the previous process. After the secondary steam flashed by the crystallizer is sprayed and defoamed by the secondary spray tower, the superheated steam is compressed by the compressor to obtain superheated steam. The superheated steam returns to the heating chamber to heat the material through elimination of superheat. The condensed water condensed after heat exchange with the material enters the condensate tank, and then the preheated material is transported by the condensate pump to enter the next process.
3, lithium hydroxide evaporation crystallization process characteristics:
①The crystallizer is designed to enlarge, increase the residence time of the crystalline material, make the crystal particles grow as much as possible, and set up a defoaming device to reduce the entrainment of the secondary steam in the evaporation process of alkaline material;
②The crystallizer is designed to wash the legs, screen the crystal particles, the large particle discharge system for centrifugal separation, and the small particles continue to grow in the crystallizer;
③Evaporation and crystallization temperature should be selected at a lower temperature to avoid a large number of fine crystals produced by sudden temperature drop during the discharging process, which will affect the quality of the product;
④Set secondary steam scrubber to prevent foam from entering the compressor with secondary steam and affecting the normal operation of the compressor. In order to prevent the cooling of the scrubbing liquid from affecting the flow of secondary steam, set a scrubbing liquid heater to keep the scrubbing liquid at a certain temperature;
⑤The system pipeline is designed to prevent blockage of the crystal pipeline and affect normal production.
