Several stirring hollow blades are welded on the shafts. Heat carriers are introduced into the jacket and the hollow stirring blades. The two heating surfaces heat the materials at the same time. Therefore, this type of dryer has a more prominent heat transfer rate than ordinary conduction dryers. According to requirements, this type of dryer can be designed as double-shaft or multi-shaft type. This kind of dryer has three types of normal pressure, airtight and vacuum. Paddle dryer can be used in drying, heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, reaction and other processes.

    Performance characteristics:

    Low energy consumption: it belongs to the typical conduction drying, high thermal efficiency, energy saving 30% ~ 60% more than the usual convection drying;

    The system cost is low: the unit effective volume has a huge heat transfer area, shorten the processing time, equipment size is small, greatly reducing the construction area and building space;

    ③ Wide range of processing materials: the use of different thermal media can not only process heat-sensitive materials, but also process materials that require high temperature heating.
