    MVR evaporatorIt is a mechanical thermal energy compression evaporator. It is a new type of high-efficiency evaporation equipment. Its working principle is that after the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is compressed by a mechanical thermal energy compressor, the temperature and pressure increase, and the enthalpy increases. It is returned to the evaporator heating chamber. The heating heat source keeps the material liquid in a boiling state. In addition to start-up, no steam is required in the whole evaporation process, and fresh steam is only used to supplement heat loss and heat enthalpy of incoming and outgoing materials, thus greatly reducing the consumption of external fresh steam by the evaporator and reducing pollution. The steam that was originally to be discarded is fully utilized, the latent heat of vaporization is recovered, and the thermal efficiency is improved. In addition, by replacing the input of steam with the input of electrical power, MVR reduces operating costs. The MVR evaporator can achieve low temperature evaporation.

    The MVR evaporator has a variety of forms depending on the material being processed. For systems without crystal precipitation, the evaporation equipment can be used as falling film evaporator, rising film evaporator, natural circulation evaporator or plate evaporator, and forced circulation evaporator can be used for materials prone to scaling, scarring or crystal precipitation.

    MVR evaporator system is mainly composed of heater, separator, steam compressor, secondary demister, etc., according to the different materials and processes, and then configure other auxiliary equipment.
