After integrating the characteristics of foreign companies to further adapt to domestic supporting, structural design is more reasonable and reliable, the system is more standardized. The filtration, washing and drying three-in-one equipment can complete the whole process of filtration, washing, drying and solid unloading in the same equipment. Its production procedures are: pressure or vacuum filtration (solid-liquid separation process), washing and filtration, vacuum drying or blast drying, side discharge. Widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, pesticide and other industries, can achieve fully closed, the whole process of continuous operation of production, more adapted to the requirements of aseptic products and toxic products production.

    Structure Introduction:It is mainly composed of container, chassis, driving device, stirring device, heating device, side solid discharge valve and support.

    Container: a circular cylinder structure, the upper part of the oval head, the container can be operated under pressure or vacuum, the outer wall of the container is welded by a jacket or with a tube for heating. Container material can be selected according to material properties and process conditions.

    Chassis: composed of heating device and filter device. It is divided into fixed type and detachable type. a The fixed chassis is welded on the equipment cylinder. The detachable chassis is connected with the tank by hook bolts, and the hydraulic cylinder is installed and removed. The lower part of the chassis is equipped with four universal wheels for easy removal and cleaning of the filter plate. The chassis is equipped with a heating system and adopts a pipe heating type. The filter plate is fixed from under the chassis with screws to make the surface of the filter plate smooth and flat.

    Filter medium: filter cloth or sintered filter plate. When the product requirements are high or require aseptic operation, the sintered filter plate should generally be selected. The sintered filter plate is sintered by a six-layer screen through a special process. The first layer is a protective layer, which protects the filter medium; the second layer is an effective filter layer, and a metal wire mesh with a pore size of 5-50 μm can be selected as required; the third layer is a protective layer; the fourth and fifth layers are supporting layers, and can improve the diversion of filtrate; the sixth layer is a strengthening layer, which can also shunt the filtrate and play a good role in the uniform distribution of the heat of the heating system.

    Driving device: located on the upper part of the head, divided into the following two types:

    The motor reducer drives the stirring motor to rotate; the hydraulic motor is powered by the hydraulic pump to drive the shaft to rotate, and the speed is adjusted by the speed control valve. Agitator lifting and chassis lifting are powered by the hydraulic pump on the hydraulic station. The pump station control has three forms to choose from: manual, electronic control and pneumatic control.

    Stirring device: composed of sealing components, stirring shaft, stirrer, etc. The stirring device can realize variable speed, clockwise and counterclockwise rotation movement, and constant speed up and down movement.

    a. There are two types of sealing components: packing seal and mechanical seal. The packing used for packing seal is PTFE braid, which is placed in the packing box and pressed by the gland. The mechanical seal is composed of a mechanical seal body and a metal bellows. The two separate the outside from the tank. The sealing effect is very good. The bellows is sleeved on the stirring shaft, which can expand and contract up and down, and protects the shaft to prevent the material from being corroded. At the same time, it also avoids the material from being polluted.

    B, mixing shaft has two kinds of solid and hollow. Solid shafts are used to stir materials that are not heated. When it is necessary to stir and heat and dry, a hollow shaft can be used, and the heating medium enters the stirring blade through the hollow shaft to heat the material.

    c. Agitator: There are two types, two-leaf type and three-leaf type. According to the nature of the material, it can be taken with or without a scraper. A heating medium can be introduced into the cavity inside the stirring blade to heat the material.

    D, heating device: in the cylinder outside the half pipe or jacket, chassis heating device, hollow shaft and hollow blade into the heating medium. These heating devices may be used alone or in combination.

    Side discharge valve: This device can minimize the heat loss on the side of the equipment. It is divided into two forms: manual and hydraulic. After the valve core is closed, the inner side of the valve body coincides with the inner wall of the equipment, which will not affect the mixing of the inner side. The sealing of the discharge valve can be a soft cushion seal or a metal seal. For products with sterile requirements, the discharge valve can be equipped with a sterilization device. Discharge valve in the form of fixed and quick-open two.

    Support: vertical support, welded with steel structure.
