OSLO crystallizers with classification functions are often used to produce products that are desired to have larger particles. OSLO crystallizer provides a better place for crystal growth. The region of supersaturation generation and the region of crystal growth are respectively disposed at two places of the crystallizer, and the crystals are fluidized and suspended in the mother liquor circulating stream. The supersaturation of the solution is produced on the boiling liquid surface, and then it is sent to the bottom of the crystallizer. In the process of rising, it passes through the crystal bed layer, gradually eliminating the supersaturation, and the crystal grows up gradually. OSLO crystallizer A crystallizer with a very large clarification area. The solution after elimination of supersaturation is clarified before being pumped away to obtain new supersaturation. Its advantage is that the crystal particle content in the circulating mother liquor is less, which greatly reduces the contact probability between the pump impeller and the grain, reduces the rate of secondary nucleation, and provides the necessary conditions for the cultivation of large particle crystals. The crystals produced by OSLO crystallizer have the advantages of large volume, uniform particles, large production capacity, continuous operation and low labor intensity.
