Screw conveyorIt is a kind of machine that uses the motor to drive the spiral rotation and push the material to realize the purpose of conveying. It can be transported horizontally, obliquely or vertically, and has the advantages of simple structure, small cross-sectional area, good sealing, convenient operation, easy maintenance, and convenient closed transportation. The screw conveyor is divided into two kinds of shaft screw conveyor and shaftless screw conveyor in the form of transportation, and is divided into U-shaped screw conveyor and tubular screw conveyor in appearance. Shaft screw conveyor is suitable for non-viscous dry powder materials and small particle materials (e. g. cement, fly ash, lime, grain, etc.) and shaftless screw conveyor is suitable for conveying materials that are viscous and easy to wind. (For example: sludge, biomass, garbage, etc.) The working principle of the screw conveyor is that the rotating screw blade moves the material and conveys the screw conveyor, so that the material does not rotate with the screw conveyor blade. The force is the weight of the material itself and the frictional resistance of the screw conveyor casing to the material. The spiral blade welded on the rotating shaft of the screw conveyor includes solid surface type, belt surface type, blade surface type and other types according to the different conveying materials. The screw shaft of the screw conveyor has a thrust bearing at the end of the material movement direction to give the axial reaction force to the screw with the material. When the captain is long, an intermediate hanging bearing should be added.
Working principle:When the spiral shaft rotates, due to the gravity of the material and the friction force generated by the wall of the groove body, the material can only move forward along the bottom of the groove of the conveyor under the push of the blade, and it seems that the nut can not rotate along the rotating screw for translational movement. The movement of materials in the intermediate bearing depends on the thrust of the materials moving forward behind. In order to make the screw shaft in a more favorable state of tension, the driving device and the discharge port are generally placed at the same end of the conveyor, and the feed port is placed near the tail of the other end as much as possible. (7) unit energy consumption is larger.
(8) The material is easy to be crushed and worn during the conveying process, and the wear of the spiral blade and the trough is also more serious.
