Pulse bag filterIt is a new type of high-efficiency pulse bag filter based on the bag filter. In order to further improve the pulse bag filter, the modified pulse bag filter retains the advantages of high purification efficiency, large gas processing capacity, stable performance, convenient operation, long filter bag life, and small maintenance workload.
The pulse bag dust collector is composed of ash hopper, upper box body, middle box body and lower box body. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. When working, dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet duct, coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes upward with the air flow turning, dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collecting pipe-exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The cleaning process is to cut off the air duct of the clean air outlet of the chamber first, so that the bag of the chamber is in a state where there is no air flow through (the chamber stops the air to clean the ash). Then, the pulse valve is opened and the compressed air is used for pulse blowing to clean the dust. The closing time of the shut-off valve is sufficient to ensure that the dust stripped from the filter bag settles to the ash hopper after blowing, thus avoiding the phenomenon that the dust is attached to the surface of the adjacent filter bag with the air flow after leaving the surface of the filter bag, so that the filter bag can be cleaned thoroughly. The programmable controller can fully automatically control the exhaust valve, pulse valve.
Pulse bag dust collector features:
1. The pulse bag dust collector adopts the technology of pulse blowing dust removal by chamber stopping air, which overcomes the shortcomings of regular pulse dust collector and chamber back blowing dust collector. It has strong dust removal ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, less steel consumption, less floor space, stable and reliable operation and good economic benefits. Suitable for metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical, electric power, light industry dust gas purification and material recovery.
2. Due to the use of sub-chamber air stop pulse blowing to clean the ash, the purpose of thorough cleaning can be achieved once blowing, so the cleaning period is prolonged, the energy consumption of cleaning is reduced, and the consumption of compressed air can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue of the filter bag and the pulse valve is also reduced accordingly, thereby doubling the life of the filter bag and the valve plate.
3. Overhaul and bag change can be carried out in different chambers under the normal operating conditions of the system fan and the system. The filter bag mouth adopts elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel is polygonal, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag, and is easy to unload the bag.
4. The upper bag drawing method is adopted. After the skeleton is drawn out during bag change, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the manhole, thus improving the operating conditions for bag change.
5. The box body is designed with air tightness and good sealing performance. The inspection door is made of excellent sealing materials. The kerosene is used to detect leaks in the production process, and the air leakage rate is very low.
6. The inlet and outlet air duct is compact and the airflow resistance is small.
Selection of pulse bag filter:
1. The choice of filtering speed: filtering speed is the key factor in the selection of pulse bag filter, which should be determined according to the nature of smoke or dust, application, dust particle size, viscosity, gas temperature, water content, dust concentration and different filter materials. When the dust particle size is fine, the temperature and humidity are high, the concentration is large, and the viscosity is large, the lower value should be selected. Such as ≤ 1 m/min; On the contrary, the optional high value, generally should not exceed 1.5 m/min. For dust particle size is very large, normal temperature, dry, non-sticky, and the concentration is very low, then the optional 1.5~2 m/min. When the filtering speed is selected, the net filtering air speed when reducing the filtering area of a room (when cleaning ash) should not exceed the above value.
2. Filter material: it should be considered according to the temperature of dust-containing gas, water content, acid, alkaline, dust viscosity, concentration and grinding pecking, etc. Generally, when the water content is small and there is no acid, it is selected according to the temperature of the dust-containing gas. When the temperature is normal or ≤ 130°C, the polyester needle felt of 500~550g/m2 is commonly used. <250°C, aramid normex needle felt or 800g/m2 glass fiber needle felt or 800g/m2 weft double glass fiber fabric or flumex [FMS] high temperature filter material (glass fiber material cannot be used for fluorine-containing gas) is selected. When the water content is large and the dust concentration is large, it is advisable to use waterproof and oil-proof filter material (or anti-condensation filter material) or film-coated filter material (the base cloth should be needle felt with waterproof treatment). When the dust-containing gas contains acid and alkali and the gas temperature is less than or equal to 190°C, Laitong (Ryton polyphenylene sulfide) needle felt is often used. Gas temperature ≤ 240 ° C, acid and alkali resistance requirements are not too high, the use of P84 (polyimide) needle felt. When the dust-containing gas is flammable and explosive gas, the anti-static polyester fiber needle felt is selected. When the dust-containing gas has a certain moisture and is flammable and explosive gas, the waterproof and oil-proof anti-static (three-prevention) polyester fiber needle felt is selected.
3. Control instrument: pulse bag filter dust removal control using PLC microcomputer control instrument, fixed pressure (automatic), timing (automatic), manual three control modes. Fixed pressure control: control according to the set pressure difference, the pressure difference of the dust collector exceeds the set value, and each room will automatically clean the dust in turn. Timing control: according to the set time, every other cleaning cycle, each room in turn cleaning again. Manual control: on the field operation cabinet, each room can be manually controlled to automatically clean the dust once in turn, or each room can be separately cleared. The control mode is selected by the user, and the supply is controlled according to the timing when the user does not require it.
debugging of pulse bag filter:
1, do a good job of equipment empty load operation before commissioning preparation.
2. Debug according to the following steps:
(1) Adjust the ash cleaning controller to ensure that the electromagnetic pulse valve action sequence is correct and the ash cleaning unit sequence is correct.
⑵, check the electromagnetic pulse valve and electric control part volt number (24V or 220V),
Check whether the seal on the equipment is loose or falling off.
(4), blowing with compressed air pressure should be maintained at 5~7 ㎏/cm.
5. Check whether the motor and mechanical transmission parts on the equipment are running normally.
Check whether the bag cage and filter bag on the equipment are installed firmly.
(7), equipment empty load operation debugging, requiring all parts to operate normally.
8. Commissioning of equipment under load. Each part is required to operate normally, and the cleaning period (resistance value method or timing method) shall be adjusted according to the change of equipment running resistance.
Pulse bag filter operation procedures:
(I) local operation
Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, switch the local remote switch to the local position (I. e. turn the switch to the left to the end), press the fan start button, the fan starts to run, and observe whether the fan turns correctly. After the fan turns to normal, normal dust removal can be started. After a period of time, if dust removal and dust removal are required (for example, if the air compressor with air compressor is turned on first, dust removal), press the "dust removal button" start button, the pulse valve opens the ash cleaning respectively, and the screw machine and ash discharge valve also work at the same time. If the ash cleaning work needs to be finished, press the "ash cleaning stop" button. If the dust removal work is finally stopped, press the "fan stop" button.
(II) remote control
Switch the local remote switching switch to the program-controlled position (I. e. turn the switching switch right to the end), remotely start the short dry contact HJ of the unit, and the fan runs (e. g. with air compressor and air compressor running at the same time). As long as the fan turns correctly, normal dust removal can be started. At this time, regular dust removal control is implemented, I .e. dust removal runs for a period of time (about 1~2 hours can be adjusted), after putting into operation, the screw machine and ash discharge valve will work automatically (adjustable for about 2 minutes). After working for a period of time, the ash removal will be stopped automatically, and then the next cycle of automatic dust removal, ash removal and ash discharge will be entered until the short dry contact TJ of the remote stop unit is delivered and the unit stops.
(III) notes:
1, the dust collector unit to achieve online dust control;
2. Timing ash removal interval time and on-line ash removal time of the unit are automatically executed by time relay (adjustable);
3. Before cleaning ash, pay attention to opening the air compressor and the valve on the air bag of the equipment, and have air source and pressure.
Pulse bag filter maintenance, maintenance:
1, according to the amount of dust pulse bag filter to determine the regular ash maintenance time.
2. Determine the regular discharge of accumulated water according to the accumulated water of the air bag.
3, often check the dust collector pulse cleaning system is working properly, if not normal, then focus on checking the pulse valve diaphragm loss, electromagnetic pulse valve failure, and timely replacement. The filter bag should be cleaned in time and replaced regularly.
4. Regularly check whether the equipment is running normally according to the fluctuation of equipment resistance.
5, according to the list of wearing parts often check the use of wearing parts.
6. Regularly add grease to the lubricating parts of the equipment, change the lubricating oil of the reducer once every six months, and add the lubricating point of the bearing once a week.
7. Pay attention to check whether the sealing degree of the electric control box is in good condition, prevent water from entering into dust, and regularly clean up the dust accumulated in the electric control box.
