This batch of equipment covers key links in battery-grade lithium carbonate production, including carbonization towers, pyrolysis towers, and low-magnetic foreign matter disc dryers, providing support for the customer to build a stable and efficient production capacity system. Among them, the carbonization towers ensure large-scale carbonization reactions and efficient raw material conversion with their extra-large capacity; the pyrolysis towers (with a diameter of 3,600mm) accurately control temperature and speed, laying a foundation for subsequent purification; the low-magnetic foreign matter disc dryers have a processing capacity of 2 tons per hour, and a single unit can support an annual production capacity of 17,000 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate. These dryers not only prevent caking and purity loss of lithium carbonate during the drying process but also reduce magnetic foreign matter through optimized design and special processes, ensuring the safety of new energy vehicles.
